Buccal facial massage is a therapeutic technique that works with the muscles of the face, jaw, and neck — including gentle intra-oral work inside the cheeks — to release deep tension and restore balance to the facial muscles.

This treatment is especially beneficial for those who hold stress in the jaw, experience clenching or grinding, suffer from facial or neck tension, headaches, or TMJ-related discomfort. By working with the deeper layers of facial musculature, buccal massage can help improve mobility, reduce holding patterns, and promote overall relaxation of the nervous system.

While the focus of your session will be tension relief, many clients notice visible benefits as well, such as reduced puffiness, softened tension lines, more sculpted cheekbones and jawline, and a nice, natural glow from the increase in circulation. 

Buccal facial massages are a luxury service that include a gentle cleansing, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release techniques, neck & face massage, intra-oral massage and trigger point focus, as well as sculpting facial massage.  The intraoral component typically makes up about 15-20 minutes of the duration, within your tolerance level.  This portion is optional and starting with just a few minutes to ensure your comfort is an option.  
 
All buccal facial massage sessions with Main Squeeze are performed intentionally, and always within your comfort level. This work should never be painful. Pressure is adjusted continuously based on your feedback, and communication is encouraged throughout the session. My approach is grounded in safety, consent, and respect — creating a calm, supportive experience rather than an aggressive one.

Please wait a minimum of 2 weeks after botox injections to receive this treatment.  Your injector might recommend waiting longer before facial massage.  

Please do not wear heavy eye makeup to your appointment.  

Please allow an extra 15-30 minutes beyond your selected treatment duration.  Your chosen duration is your table time, and does not include your intake process, chatting before and after the session, and restroom breaks.
