This treatment incorporates a variety of lymphatic and muscle therapy techniques for a holistic & integrative approach to bodywork.  Typically, treatment will start with 5-10 minutes of Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage on the neck and face, to stimulate full body lymphatic flow.  From there, your treatment is entirely customizable to focus on any areas of concern and leave you feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.

Lymphatic work is quite regimented and and the order that treatment areas are treated matters.  30 minutes is not enough time to include lower body or back body work.

Please be sure to hydrate the day before, day of, and day after your lymphatic massage!  We don't judge, but we don't recommend mixing alcohol with lymphatic treatments.  Be sure to drink some extra water if you're indulging the night before your session!

The Main Squeeze: Lymphatic Massage Fusion

The viral luxury massage experience with firm abdominal techniques to stimulate deep lymphatic function and myofascial release.  Many clients will notice the immediate aesthetic benefit of debloating and enhancing the figure, but this treatment also aids in digestion and full body wellness.

The standard treatment is 60 minutes.  Upgrading to 75 or 90 minutes will allow for extra time in your areas of need, or the inclusion of work on the back.  

We recommend avoiding alcohol for about 24 hours before and 24 hours after this service, and you will find some of these techniques a little bit uncomfortable if you eat a large meal within about 2 hours before the treatment.  You do not need to fast by any means, but a super full belly may not respond well to the firm pressure.  We advise light snacking leading up to your treatment.  Pressure can always be adjusted for your comfort level.  Please remember to drink extra water the day before, day of, and day after your visit! 

Best visual results are typically 24-72 hours after the treatment.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage

The popular buccal facial massage is a therapeutic treatment that works with the muscles of the face, jaw, and neck — including optional gentle intra-oral work inside the cheeks — to release deep tension and restore balance to the facial muscles.

This treatment is especially beneficial for those who hold stress in the jaw, experience clenching or grinding, suffer from facial or neck tension, headaches, or TMJ-related discomfort. By working with the deeper layers of facial musculature, buccal massage can help improve mobility, reduce holding patterns, and promote overall relaxation of the nervous system.

While the focus of your session will be tension relief, and improving muscle function, many clients notice visible benefits as well, such as reduced puffiness, softened tension lines, more sculpted cheekbones and jawline, and a nice, natural glow.  Expect boosted circulation and lymphatic drainage! 

Buccal facial massages are a luxury service that include a gentle cleansing, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release techniques, neck & face massage, intra-oral massage and trigger point focus, as well as sculpting facial massage.  The intraoral component typically makes up about 10-15 minutes of the duration, within your tolerance level.  This portion is optional.
 
All buccal facial massage sessions with Main Squeeze are performed intentionally, and always within your comfort level. This work should never be painful. Pressure is adjusted continuously based on your feedback, and communication is encouraged throughout the session. Our approach is grounded in safety, consent, and respect — creating a calm, supportive experience rather than an aggressive one.

Facial Sculpting Buccal Massage

Our signature massage is a sensory journey that is completely customizable based on your body's unique needs, your provider's recommendations, and your goals for treatment. We will customize your treatment based on your body’s unique needs, with emphasis on relaxing and unwinding tension.

Anna's signature massage is relaxation-focused and is typically a sampler platter of Swedish, Thai stretching, cranio-sacral, and lymphatic techniques.

Amanda's style is a heavenly, intuitive blend of gentle unwinding and slow, intentional pressure application.

Emily is our deep tissue gal, although she has many tricks up her sleeve and will likely incorporate some myofascial and relaxation modalites as well.

All of our therapists are licensed and experienced in multiple forms of bodywork, and we are happy to adapt to what works best for your body.

Massage Therapy

A cold facial massage treatment, excellent for TMJD and facial tension. Also aesthetically lifts and firms the face, smooths fine lines and promotes collagen/elastin production - FroTox!

Makeup will be removed for this service and redness for 1-4 hours afterwords is common.  Rarely, redness can last up to 48 hours.  It is okay to apply makeup after this treatment.  Moisturizing facial oil is included as part of your massage, as well as SPF application.  You are welcome to bring your own products if you'd like.  

We cannot provide this treatment if:
-you have received botox within two weeks (treating upper or lower half of the face is ok depending on injection sites)
-you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
-you have active cancer
-you have a medical condition or undiagnosed symptoms that may make cryotherapy unsafe.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and $124 will be due at the time of service.  For cancellations and reschedules more than 48 hours from your appointment time, your deposit may be put towards a future service.  For cancellations within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.  For same day cancellations and no-shows, your card on file will be charged the remaining balance of $124.

Intro Special - Cryofacial

Integrative Post Op care to assist with your recovery, ongoing swelling and comfort.  

Consultation recommended but not required for new clients 6+ weeks out from your procedure(s).  Please fill out your intake form before your appointment, which will be e-mailed to you upon booking.  

At the later stages of your surgery recovery as swelling goes down, it may be appropriate to use modalities such as scar tissue mobilization, cupping, massage with firmer pressure, in combination with manual lymphatic drainage and other lymphatic drainage techniques.  I do treat scar tissue and fibrosis with various manual techniques, which can be helpful even years after your procedure.   

30 minute sessions are appropriate for a brief intro to myself and my approach, as well as regular work post face-lift.  For lipo, BBL, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, etc, please book 60-90 minutes if you are able.  

Depending on your recovery, typically clients taper to visits once a week or every other week at 6+ weeks.  However, if there is a lot of dense swelling, more frequent visits may be recommended.

Post Op Massage/Manual Lymphatic Drainage: 6-12 weeks

Integrative Post Op care to assist with your recovery, ongoing swelling and comfort.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage --

Gentle, rhythmic massage techniques are used to activate the lymph nodes and encourage lymphatic drainage. Detox and remove waste from the body, promoting immune support and your body's natural functions. This treatment is suitable for those with medical conditions where touch and lymphatic drainage will be helpful, but vigorous massage would be unsafe or painful. For example, lipedema, lymphedema, athletic injuries, and more. Manual lymphatic drainage also has proven benefits for inflammation, anxiety, chronic congestion, constipation, and more. I highly recommend it for general wellness, especially in combination or alternating with other massage modalities.

I am a CMLDT, certified by Klose. I am qualified and experienced in treating stage 0 and stage 1 lymphedema, but require signed directions from your MD or CLT for stages 2 and 3.

Cryofacials use cold therapy to relax the facial muscles and improve collagen and elastin production, giving a lift to the skin without needles.  Some call it the Cryo FaceLift or Frotox!

Any massage modality we offer can be applied for your session - we will chat about your goals and preferences.  Upgrade to the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage for $70.

The Cryofacial can be swapped out for Double Chin Slimming or Exilis Ultra half face treatments upon request.
