Our signature massage is a sensory journey that is completely customizable based on your body's unique needs, your provider's recommendations, and your goals for treatment. We will customize your treatment based on your body’s unique needs, with emphasis on relaxing and unwinding tension.

Anna's signature massage is relaxation-focused and is typically a sampler platter of Swedish, Thai stretching, cranio-sacral, and lymphatic techniques.

Amanda's style is a heavenly, intuitive blend of gentle unwinding and slow, intentional pressure application.

Emily is our deep tissue gal, although she has many tricks up her sleeve and will likely incorporate some myofascial and relaxation modalites as well.

All of our therapists are licensed and experienced in multiple forms of bodywork, and we are happy to adapt to what works best for your body.

NEW cancellation policy: For cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged a $25 fee.  This can be put towards a future service in the event of illness or emergencies.  For same day cancellations and no-shows, your card on file will be charged the full service price.

Makeup will be removed for this service and redness for 1-4 hours afterwords is common.  Rarely, redness can last up to 48 hours.  It is okay to apply makeup after this treatment.  Moisturizing facial oil is included as part of your massage, as well as SPF application.  You are welcome to bring your own products if you'd like.  

We cannot provide this treatment if:
-you have received botox within two weeks (treating upper or lower half of the face is ok depending on injection sites)
-you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
-you have active cancer
-you have a medical condition or undiagnosed symptoms that may make cryotherapy unsafe.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and $124 will be due at the time of service.  For cancellations and reschedules more than 48 hours from your appointment time, your deposit may be put towards a future service.  For cancellations within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.  For same day cancellations and no-shows, your card on file will be charged the remaining balance of $124.

Yes - you can take bathroom breaks!  We have robes and slippers.

Cryofacials use cold therapy to relax the facial muscles and improve collagen and elastin production, giving a lift to the skin without needles.  Some call it the Cryo FaceLift or Frotox!

Any massage modality we offer can be applied for your session - we will chat about your goals and preferences.  Upgrade to the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage for $70.

The Cryofacial can be swapped out for Double Chin Slimming or Exilis Ultra half face treatments upon request.
