Our signature massage is a sensory journey that is completely customizable based on your body's unique needs, your provider's recommendations, and your goals for treatment. We will customize your treatment based on your body’s unique needs, with emphasis on relaxing and unwinding tension. Anna's signature massage is relaxation-focused and is typically a sampler platter of Swedish, Thai stretching, cranio-sacral, and lymphatic techniques. Amanda's style is a heavenly, intuitive blend of gentle unwinding and slow, intentional pressure application. Emily is our deep tissue gal, although she has many tricks up her sleeve and will likely incorporate some myofascial and relaxation modalites as well. All of our therapists are licensed and experienced in multiple forms of bodywork, and we are happy to adapt to what works best for your body. NEW cancellation policy: For cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged a $25 fee. This can be put towards a future service in the event of illness or emergencies. For same day cancellations and no-shows, your card on file will be charged the full service price.
